How It Works
Week 1 — Deep Dive
We get access, read the code, interview the team, and map the system. No workshops, no theater — just senior engineers reading what's actually there.
Week 2 — Analysis & Roadmap
We stress-test our findings, price the technical debt, and build the roadmap and hiring plan. Mid-sprint check-in to make sure we're answering the questions you actually have.
Week 3 — Delivery & Decision
You get the written report and a working session to walk through it. Then you decide: run the roadmap yourself, hire against it, or have us stay on as your fractional CTO.
Fixed price: $7.5–15k depending on codebase size and team. If we continue into a fractional CTO retainer, the Sprint becomes month one's plan — you lose nothing by starting small.
